If you need to return your order, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date at a cost of $15.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please make sure to include all item boxes and dust bags with your return.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s) and will be issued to the original payment method or store credit if you decide. If you have received a Refund Confirmation email but have not been refunded please contact your bank. If your bank is unable to locate your refund please contact Customer Care.
Final Sale
- Vintage and Fine Jewelry are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Should you require extra information in placing your order, please contact our personal shopping team.
- Beauty, Fragrance, nail polish, and aerosols cannot be returned due to transport restrictions.
- Gift cards are non-returnable
- During our sale, products marked as Further 20% cannot be exchanged or returned.
